Mary Helen Sanchez Burchfield, 75, passed away March 16, 2022. A native of Vaughn, New Mexico, daughter of the late José “Joe” Maria and Cleo Emma Greigo Sanchez, she was a homemaker and a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Surviving is her husband, Thomas “Tom” Harold Burchfield of the home; three daughters, Audrey Frank (Richard) of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Jennifer Cauley (Glen) of Pensacola, Florida, and Laurie Snelgrove (David) of Greer; a sister, Paublita “Pauline” Still of Roswell, New Mexico; and five grandchildren, Katie, Rusty, Isabel, Betsy, and Renee. She was predeceased by a brother, José “Joe” Sanchez. A funeral mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church conducted by Father Richard Tomlinson and Deacon Michael Thompson.
