Cerethea Bootsie Waddell Harvey, 84, widow of William Lewis Harvey, passed away April 4, 2021. A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Johnny and El Louise Banks Waddell, she was a retired employee for Lyman Printing and Finishing and a member of First Baptist Church Lyman. Surviving are two sons, Craig Harvey of Lyman; Dean Harvey(Chad Allen) of Lake Balboa, CA; special friend, Janet Harvey Buckles of Inman; one brother, Billy Ray Waddell of Manning, NC; two grandchildren, Adam Harvey and Elise Harvey and one great-grandchild, Jaxon Harvey. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at First Baptist Church Lyman conducted by Rev. Bill Morris. Burial will follow in Fort Prince Memorial Gardens. Visitation will held 12:30pm – 1:45 pm at the church prior to the service. The body will lie in state 4pm-7pm Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at The Wood Mortuary.
